Hayley completed her PhD in Organisational Behaviour at Durham University Business School in 2012. She then moved to Portugal as a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow at Catolica Lisbon School of Business and Economics, before taking up the position of Fellow in Management at the London School of Economics. In September 2016, Hayley was appointed as Lecturer in Human Resource Management and Organisational Behaviour at the University of Bradford School of Management. Hayley joined the Department of Management in the Business School at the University of Huddersfield, as Senior Lecturer, in 2018. Hayley also holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Higher Education and is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and an Academic Member of the CIPD.
